Change They Believe In, But Not Me

From www.popmodal.com

Subtle Hints

Some people express there thoughts for the future at the ballot box, some express their vision of the future by voting with their wallets or their feet. There is a vote going on in the market place now, people are expressing their fears of the future in gunshops. Even I went looking to stock up on a few weapons that may not be available in the future. Not that I believe they will be required to take our country back but simply that I may not have the right to bear arms once the Obama regime comes to power and begins the process of taking away my rights one by one either by confiscation or intimidation.

Look at how they used intimidation against Joe the plumber for having the audacity to ask The One a question. It was in fact The One's answer that caused the ruckus, not the question. Then there is his league of legal stormtroopers obfuscating an attempt to look into documentation of his past like the CAC records, his transcripts and even his Constitutionally required proof of being a natural born citizen. And the clueless just laugh it off.

My other concern is this talk of a domestic force equal to the military force. Does any reasonable person think this is going to be something like a domestic Peace Corp. Will these force be young white college students. No they will be more like the Nation of Islam thugs. He will create a force to give urban blacks, thugs, gansta a job under the guise of legitimate job opportunities. This is very disturbing. Same thing Hitler did with the SA. Civic minded thugs to do their master's bidding.

But the really disturbing thing is that here's a guy that finds the Constitution a flawed document that he doesn't believe he is required to follow. But his mission is to set things straight.

I'm not going to be like the clueless that vote for him to possibly find themselves at the mercy of his domestic force.

Time to weapon up for how this thing plays out. Personally I don't believe the polls and think McCain will deliver an electoral ass-kicking leaving the pundits scratching their heads and the die hard minions crying foul and wondering how they could have been so wrong. The answer is simple and right-wingers have been trying to get it through their vacuous skulls for years. You people are not as brilliant as the person you see in the mirror.

And those prognosticating about an second civil war I would mention that it will not be so civil and it will be their herd that gets thinned out.

Prediction: The Missiles of January

( Originally posted on Aug 08,08 but I think it is worth mentioning again.)

Obamanites like to make the Kennedy comparison and they may get just what they want. Adversaries will usually test an incoming President. The Russians are not too happy with the idea of our missile defense system in Eastern Europe and have threatened to react militarily. They are now flexing their muscles with the control of all petroleum to Western Europe if we sanction them for their recent actions. They will not push Bush too much but somewhere in their calculations they are waiting for the election. If it is McCain they simply continue pressure on the weak-kneed Europeans.

If it is Obama then they will wait until January when the wet-behind-the-ears new CiF, anxious to excel even above JFK, is in office and will counter our actions in Eastern Europe with the Cuban Missile Crisis part Deux to see just how much like Kennedy this newbie really thinks he is. Obama will withdraw our missile defense in exchange to remove the missiles from Cuba and in a matter of weeks fail to deliver on a 'smart' foreign policy by showing our allies in Eastern Europe we can't be trusted. On the positive side at least we will not be despised by the Russians.

Update: New Developments.
1. Biden makes an odd and veiled statement about an international incident to challenge a young and in-experienced President. I know he didn't exactly say 'inexperience but our adversaries don't need to test an experience leader now do they ?

2. Russia is offering an air defense system to Cuba. Why now. We haven't threatened Cuba in 40+ years. What would they need to defend from air attack?

3. Russia recently flew long range bombers to Venezuela and agreed to joint naval maneuvers.

4. Russia's foray into Georgia tests their ability to shut the valve on Europe as an ally during some international threat against the US.

So how should Americans prepare for this scenario; by electing inexperienced symbolism? Unfortunately half of us suffer from visions of intellectual grandeur and hyper egos that are yet naive enough to do so in order to look in their vanity mirrors and tell themselves what wonderful and enlightened people they are.

Save your money and invest in a manufacturer of bomb shelters and survival kits.

Even though our country would be a great place without Obama supporters I simply can't bring myself to not mention this to them....

This is not an effective bomb shelter.

Waiting On Obamafare

Ya'll work a little harder, make a little more money and get me a bigger check.
Life ain't treated me fair and my kid needs to eat.

Snake Oil Ingredients

Always keep in mind that no matter how much Obama and his Manchurian minions attempt to spin this fictional tax plan they are going to raise our taxes. There is no doubt they will rollback the Bush tax cuts because they have said so. That is raising taxes.

Another thing to consider. Do you think a family-owned grocery stores like many found in small towns makes more than $250K a year? You're going to get taxed again through higher prices. It may not be called a tax but money out of your wallet is money out of your wallet regardless the fingers picking your pocket.

If you shop for groceries at a large corporate chain then they too are going to bump their prices when taxes are raised. Same result on your wallet. In fact raising any business taxes is simply governmental money laundering to get into your wallet.

When taxes are raised anywhere in the loop of commerce the load is ultimately borne by the consumer.

Any Day Now ?

1. The US election is but days away.
2. Bush is still in office. Despite what Obama thinks Bush will be so until January.
3. Bush has neutered two pillars of the Axis of Evil, one remains.
4. Iran is the power source of world terrorism. Take it out and its global agents wither.
5. Gas prices are falling. People are conditioned for a rise from an attack on Iran.
6. The Iranians are threatening Britain.
7. Ahmadinejad is isn't in his right mind.,, more so than usual.
8. The Iranians may have already attempted a WMD attack on Israel and got caught.
9. The US paid $250,000 for this ship and have it in port. Not much is being said.
10. Iran has its own economic crisis and fuel problems.

I think we are experiencing the calm before the storm. The Iranians are feeling the heat and making threats against possible allies. I think something we might see would be assassination attempts on Nasrallah in Damascus, possibly even Chavez in Venezuela before the attack to create momentary chaos in leadership in those that would come to Iran's aid. I think a prudent move would be to psych out the citizens of Teheran by having someone announce, for humanitarian reasons, that people should leave the city as soon as possible along with all diplomatic missions. The goal being to cause the Iranian citizens to rise up against the mullahs and avoid a trajedy. It is prudent to keep in mind that Saddam was all bluster until there were troops massing on his border. That changed his attitude and he complied to let inspecters back in.

But this is going to happen. The Gulf States, America and those European countries with a spine will conduct this by proxy. The Israeli proxy forces should hit as hard as they possibly can. World opinion be damned. There may not be a second chance.

The Wisdon of Ayn Rand ?

Maybe a great writer but great philosopher ....

I have a couple of observations here.

1. She makes the common mistake of holding the trial of God's existence in the same session in which religion is being tried. God is not religion and religion is not God. In short, the photo one takes of the ocean is not the ocean itself.

2. You cannot prove a negative? I've heard this often by those we believe to have great learning and intellect. I can prove an elephant does not exist between me and my computer screen. Just because it can't be proven that something exists does not necessarily mean that it doesn't. With the uncertainty principle it seems logical to believe it does until proven otherwise.

This reminds me of another of these populist thoughts that mimic for thinking. In business is this idea that perception is reality. I understand what they mean but it is not very well thought through. A man may perceive that he can fly and leap of a tall building in a single bound. However reality is approaching him at 32ft/sec squared and will be realized when f=ma rearranges his molecules.

Another of these is when people use 'begs the question' to sound smart when they are referring to a question that elicits another question. 'Begging the Question' is actually a fallacy of reasoning otherwise known as circular reasoning where the premise assumes the conclusion. A good example is "God exists because the Bible tells me so. After all the Bible was written by God."

Random Thoughts

Democrat Defense Posture

The word is out that Barney Frank is wanting a 25% cut in defense spending so the Democrats wcan use the money to instead hand out to their poor urban voting base. This insures they will stay in place to be available for the midterms . This is typical Democrat SOP. Recall how Clinton left our armed forces in such a state that it tempted the islamofascists to attack us thinking we wouldn't respond. Then we have Joe Biden has spoken of a veiled crisis should Obama get elected. In another interview he mentioned that all Presidents are challenged in the beginning of their term. However, I do recall one that wore the shoe on the other foot and that was Reagan who effectively challenged the Iranians to cease and desist; they chose the former.

So I can just see it when this challenge comes. We are attacked and Obama does nothing but give a strong and eloquent speech to our enemies. To abate the criticism from the right I can just imagine him going into his messiah mode and conjuring up the comparison to Jesus who admonished his followers to turn the other cheek. Obama would do well to keep in mind that, in this world, Jesus ended up crucified on a cross. The fate of nations are in this world not the spiritual world Jesus went to on his cross.

Faux Communists with an Adolescence Fixation

Just watched a video of a FoxNews reporter confronting William Ayers outside his home. The only thing Ayers said was for the reporter to get off his property. Ayers then calls the police to protect him when he leaves the house a little later. Interesting juxtaposition here. An avowed communist getting out of a nice car and walking into a lovely brownstone home he calls his property. Private property he insinuates that he owns. So I guess not all communist are necessarily for the abolishment of private property nor do they seem to have an issue driving around in a rather nice car produced by a capitalist system.

**
Cotton Candy Candidate

I am not like many others in believing that Obama is going to run away with this thing nor will Nancy and Harry's dreams come true. If you factor in the extreme bias of the press and the left's propaganda machine then reality is distorted in Obama's favor. But in 2000 this same machine had Gore out in front of Bush 51-40 in mid October. Same thing happened in 2004 where the machine would leave the impression of an easy Kerry victory. We know how that turned out. My guess is McCain/Palin supporters are falling for the left's propaganda. If the candidates are just a few points apart and you use a reality factor of maybe -6% against Obama then he goes back to the Senate to get a little more experience.

What if that the predictions come true? Should we conservatives get on our sack cloth outfits and throw dust on our heads? No, we sit back and laugh at show. If the left makes a full sweep with a filibuster proof congress then the Democrats lose one key tool they have had; they can no longer blame their failures on the obstructionist Republicans. They will be exposed bare and naked of their inability to lead and there will be no where one to blame but themselves. On top of that I believe there would be a great deal of buyer's remorse when the left has no choice but to notice they elected a symbol and nothing of substance. Just like cotton candy, it looks great until you bite into it and realize it is mostly air. Midterms ought to be very interesting if this is the scenario.

Uncle Dear Leader Wants You

While FReeper review I found and interesting link at HillaryClintonForums. The essence being that Biden's odd warning about Obama being challenged in the first six months ( such he get elected ) may have been a hint that Dear Leader would bring back the draft. In an interview with Judy Woodruff the Messiah prophesied:
But it’s also important that a president speaks to military service as an obligation not just of some, but of many. You know, I traveled, obviously, a lot over the last 19 months. And if you go to small towns, throughout the Midwest or the Southwest or the South, every town has tons of young people who are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. That’s not always the case in other parts of the country, in more urban centers. And I think it’s important for the president to say, this is an important obligation. If we are going into war, then all of us go, not just some...

And by the way, we will deploy you in some difficult areas, but that’s part of what it means to be an American and to serve and to sacrifice...
It would be hilarious to see the anti-war moonbats, having ushered in the advent of their Messiah, realize that maybe they should have followed reason instead of emotional symbolism in the voting booth while they freeze in the mountains of Afghanistan.

So the next time you see photos of young moonbats on the march in Seattle, San Fransisco or New York City spouting anti-troop bilge keep this idea in mind and have a chuckle at their expense. Believe I'll pour me a big cup of schadenfreude and laugh my ass off.

Biden has opened the door and Republican pundits need to stick their foot in and ask if he meant Obama was going to bring back the draft. Hire people in the rope lines to yell out the question. Hammer it until Obama is forced to make a statement. Talk about losing the youth vote overnight.

An additional observations here; nobody is likely to challenge McCain. Keep in mind for all the tough talk of the Iranians about the hostages they were released on the very day that Reagan came into office because the rumors of the time indicated Reagan might nuke them out of existence. I think they have an idea where McCain stands.

The other thing I'd like to mention is that a good leader will not ask of those under him to do anything he isn't willing to do himself. We know McCain has more that met that measure. When Obama says he thought about joining the military he decided not to so he could pursue his life's journey towards his mission. At the end of that mission he may demand that others do what he was unwilling to do.

Election Thoughts

Just a few thoughts on the state of the race.

1. Polls don't mean all that much. First they are extremely biased towards the left. So if Obama is but a couple of points ahead on Nov 3 then he is more than likely going to lose. Keep in minds that according to the leftist pundits Gore and Kerry needed to be spending their pre-election time measuring the drapes and get their transition teams busy. Dukokis actually appeared to be in the race before Bush handed him a 40 state landslide the next day. So polls should not discourage the McCain supporters. Keep in mind they have a huge nationwide web of dreamers with huge megaphones inherently trying to control the narrative.

2. Racism used so much it is becoming expected and meaningless because it is being used for anything that simply does not fall into lock-step with the narrative. Whites should be screaming every time the terms white-wash or white-collar crime are used just to mirror the absurdity. I am not voting against the Obama/Biden ticket because it is 25% African American but because it is 50% anti-American.

However there was a recent study that one third of Democrats would not vote for a black. I doubt it is overt racism towards all blacks but because they would never want to empower a Michelle Obama, a people that riot when they don't get their way, race baiters like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson not to mention Louis Farrakhan and a follower of a preacher than uses the Lord's name in vain in his sermons. I have elderly life-long Democrat neighbors and that alone would swing the vote to anybody but Obama. These folks are from a generation that feels duty bound to vote.

Kerry and Gore did not have to deal with this division in their party and barely lost. Had they had this problem the outcome would not have been in question.

3. McCainocrats were marginalized by their party. Hillary clearly had the rug pulled from under her and there is a good part of the Democrats that will not forgive this blatant disregard of them. So there is another large piece of the base that can't be counted on. Keep in mind this offense happened in two of the battleground states of Ohio and Florida and there may be many PUMA's still seething.

Another telling problem is the lack of enthusiasm from the Clintons to support Obama. They give him lip service as the party partisans they are but they surely do not have their hearts in it. My bet is that in the privacy of the booth they cast a vote for McCain. So there's another chunk out of the base.

4. McCain is left enough to be a viable choice for disenfranchised Democrats.

5. It will all come down to how much the Democrats can cheat which I might not be enough to offset these missing pieces of the base. Ohio is holding 200,000 registrations that are questionable and we never find out since their claim has been upheld that simply validating them will disenfranchise voters. But simply validating them will only disenfranchise bogus voters. Not validating them will disenfranchise legal voters when their vote is canceled out by these bogus registrants. Guess the Supreme Court missed that concept.

So I take all of these doom and gloomers with a grain of salt. There is hope that change may be the kind we are looking for.

Right Attitude Wrong Word

Dammit John.... Kick His ass... Not 'Whip' but 'Kick'.
Get ready for the faux outrage handed to these idiots on a silver platter.

You must score a knockout or Jimmy Carter will make it out of this life being the second worst President in history after B. Hussein Obama. I can hear Saddam laughing his ass of in hell.

Just in case your team doesn't know the question to piss Barry off it goes something like this:

"Senator, most citizens are required to produce a birth certificate for a driver license, a passport possibly a SSN number. When the question arose of my qualifications for the Presidency, as stipulated by the supreme law of the land, I gladly submitted the documents required. Senator, why do you have a team of lawyers preventing the release of your records for of this Constitutional requirement? Unlike the rest of us do you believe you are above the law?

Senator, when you prevent full disclosure of your transcripts, your health records and the records of the CAC what are you hiding and why?

Barry's Birth Certificate

Obama could be required to prove his citizenship by Wednesday, October 15 if the Judge signs the proposed motion.

Then we could either put this to rest or prepare for the consequences of mass hysteria. When McCain's eligibility came into question he complied. Why won't Obama ?

Right Conclusion, Wrong Party

Just caught a clip of Joe Biden doing a stump speech and he was enumerating what Republicans should admit to. Item three was that the last eight years and this economic disaster is the final verdict on a failed economic philosophy that we can no longer afford.

For once I agree with him. However, he has confused his politcal parties. We can longer afford to throw money at the poor irresponsibly. This disaster is proof that the Democrat's failed social engineering philosophy simply does not work. It was started by Jimmy Carter, agitated by Clinton's fining of banks if they didn't comply to mandated financial irresponsibility and abetted by a Democrat Congress that provided cover for bad business practices to gain the votes of minorities.

Biden is right..we can no longer afford these liberal social experiments and panderings.

When Idiots Attempt To Reason

Heard an interview with an Obamanoid this morning and she was spouting this idiot defense that Obama was only eight years old when Ayers was in his primer period. This is so idiotic and scary that people out there have such insufficient reasoning skills to accept this as valid defense against Obama's choice, as an aspiring politician, to associate with this man in his adulthood.

First nobody is getting anywhere near asserting that Obama had a part in this bombing activity. What is in question is that knowing Ayer's history he chose to associate with him at all. You know I was only fourteen when the Manson murders happened. Suppose he was released, you think I or any sane person would even consider going into business with him or associated in any manner?

Obama Called For GSE Reform ?

I've heard Obama and Biden mention that Obama called for GSE reform two years ago? I've gone through a lot of articles and I am aware of the influence peddling he has done in his short career as a junior Senator, I am aware that he represented ACORN in a suit to force a lender to give a loan to someone that could not afford it using racial prejudice as leverage but I had never run across this effort he had undertaken. So a googling I did go. Finally found a piece at Wolking's World.
BTW.. a very good site.

Now that is leadership and foresight? Looks more like desperation to me. Much like... uh uh I have a bracelet too for a soldier uh uh.. named uh uh.....

Same Motive, Same Method, Different Size Of Bomb

Know another difference between these two bombers?

Only one is an associate of a candidate wanting to be the United States President.

Tuesday Night Prep For Sunday Morning

Alright, Palin came out swinging today in California by bringing up the Obama/Ayers association. But it needs to get brutal Tuesday night. McCain has got to stop playing the nice guy. Look he isn't going to convert any of the Obamatrons. He has got to get his base as fired up as Sarah Palin can. Enough of the gentlemanly Senatorial shtick.

What he needs to do is force the press to talk about the things they have been suppressing on the Sunday morning talk shows. Time is short. He needs to get those carrying water for Obama to spill their buckets. Employ the Jon Voight method and attack them. Think of it as taking out the enemies propaganda machine. It is unbelievable how the people actually believe that the downturn in the economy is the Republicans fault when a Democrat congress has been at the helm for two years. Not to mention that those executives responsible for the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are advising Obama. I sort of doubt the former CEO's are Republicans. There is this false image that Wall Street is exclusively a Republican domain when it is located in Manhattan? That's about as blue as it gets.

The Democrats have somehow created this illusion and it is the MSM propaganda machine that has facilitated it. Attack the press and draw into question their integrity by pointing out how they have created this lie. There is plenty of video fodder out there including the Democrat darling, Bill Clinton, saying Democrats blocked reform by Bush and McCain. It is not a winning strategy to allow this false perception to continue to exist without challenging it. McCain should use his Senatorial experience to expose how Democrats in Congress are willing to stick it to the American people in order to load an emergency measure with pork. Expose how the ones pointing the finger of blame at Republicans are using an old diversionary tactic you have seen many times in your years of experience.

Put it this way, I am an independent and so far I have seen nothing from McCain that I even consider to be that of a maverick or someone willing to buck the Washington establishment . He is running as agent of change. Attacking and calling into account the Media and Congressional methods would be a refreshing change. He needs to take spunk lessons from Palin.

In a nutshell... Fight Dammit Fight. Low blows are fine with me when our country is at stake !

Children Used To Be Our Future

Worst Speaker Ever Pelosi, along with those who will pay for the measure, triumphantly celebrates the passage of the $700 billion 2008 Inept Democrat Congress and Greedy Wall Street Friends Of Obama Bailout Bill. Otherwise known as the Federally Underwritten Bailout Avoiding Reform act. The FUBAR Act of 2008.

The torch has been passed from one group of non adults to another.

Here's a little perspective. The passengers of Flight 93 gave their lives to save the Capitol. Some young man or woman with young children and a bright future gave their lives fighting overseas. But when it comes to a small political sacrifice to save our country these pieces of federal fecal fornicators pack a bill with pork and manipulate its passage for the sake of their politics.

These people are human scum and we do indeed need a change.
