Consider this: why not allow those drawing a check from the government into the federal employee insurance program? Welfare recipients are essentially another class of federal employee paid to do nothing but vote for Democrats when called upon.
That's what they do now but without HC benefits.
I would also promote the idea that since a union becomes the master of the employees is it not a better idea that the unions should be responsible for their employee's health care rather than the company they contract to?
